Join this 3 hour mindfulness workshop for beginners (you are also warmly welcome if you have experience)
In this one time workshop we will practice:
Awareness of the breath mediation.
A short version of the body scan.
Mindful eating exercise.
We will also talk a little bit about stress in our lives.
My hope is that you after this workshop will be able to integrate one or more of these few short practices into your daily life and begin right away. 10 minutes of mindfulness practice pr. day can play a powerful role for your health and wellbeing.
Donation for this one time event: 15 KD.
All the money will be donated to benefit a street dog I have fallen in love with but cannot take into my life. The money will go to a animal shelter here in Kuwait.
